I'd like to suggest the following simple change: Make the password text field on the client login screen able to be written into via the clipboard using ctrl+v (win+v in Windows 8). This will greatly ease accessibility for those of us who store secure passwords in various ways that don't require typing them out every login.
Anyone against this, or care to suggest alterations?

Or just allow the password to be stored. I'm the only person with access to my home PC, having a stored password in a game on there won't be a big risk.

Just started with a generated password and found I have to type it into the field.

Been waiting for this every patch, but nothing. I have strong passwords that I store with Keepass, and writing them manually is a *****. Please make the field pasteable.

That is why the don't do it. You are not the only person with Access to your home PC and those passwords are linked to accounts that have your credit card information in them. PGI took the approach of not being responsible when someone steals your computer and uses it to log into the game and do something or when a viral trojan gets on your computer. Storing your password opens the door to them being sued when they kick you for whatever malicious thing someone did in game with your account, or did to your account on their webpage. Yes it is unlikely, but from a lawyer's standpoint, why risk it when it is cheaper to just not let you save a password?

There's no reason to not allow stored passwords, sorry to draw the comparison again but WoT allows password storing, they also have a message stating that it can make your account less secure.
Being about to paste into the password field would be handy too, I have done that on occasion as it eliminates the threat of keyloggers, which as I use a home system are the most likely way my account details would ever be stolen.

A really minor thing that really ticks me off (in addition to not allowing C & P):
- No focus in username box after client launch
- You have to tab twice to get from username to password field

I would just like to point out this keeps me from playing on a regular basis, and definitely from spending any money. If I can't log in to use my credits, what good are they?
