We've been having connectivity issues with the CDN this morning relating to general internet DNS disruption. It's resolving now and we're monitoring to ensure everything is stable before rolling out the patch.

We also want to ensure our links to the live environment are stable; again we encountered some connectivity issues this morning and are monitoring to ensure everything looks good now.

This is why the patch is currently delayed the goal is to now patch at 1pm PST if everything stabilizes correctly. We will update the community again at 1pm.

当服务器回来了，你可以下载它通过更新

you update thru the patcher/updater.

Why would they not have documentation for a patch they are implementing now? Are you trying to say they're going to make up patch notes after the patch goes live? Because that's dumb.
