Well, I've got two main suggestions to really fix a couple of things.

I: Remove or SEVERELY NERF the Win Match C-Bill/XP reward. The 100,000C-Bills & 300XP for being in a lucky PUG is simply dumb.
II: Completely remove the Lose Match C-Bill/XP reward.
A. Simple Solutions:
1: Multiply the damage done by a player by 100 to be their C-Bill Reward. (i.e. Player does 842 damage in one match, they receive 84,200C-Bills.
2: Multiply the damage done by a player by 0.75 to be their XP reward.
3: If a player target paints for friendly LRM connection, then they should receive 2,500C-Bills & 25XP.
4: If a player target paints for a friendly LRM connection which results in target core going critical, then they should receive 25,000 C-Bills & 100XP.
B: What will this fix?
1: It will completely remove the ability to farm C-Bills & XP
2: If they do no damage, or spot, or anything at all, then they get nothing.
3: It will encourage people to work together.
4: It will people to simply not run out to the middle of the map and die.

Suggestion two:

Allow map objects to be destructible.
1: If a LRM Cat is on a building, then it should be a viable option to shoot out the supports for the building to topple the mech.
2: If a sniper is shooting from across the map and your team is missing constantly with LRM's hitting the building, then it should be viable for the LRMs to be systematically destroying the cover for that mech. If they hit the bridge of which the mech is under, then the bridge should collapse after a couple volleys. Thus, the bridge would be out of commission for the rest of the match.
3: Obviously this will take a lot of tweaking of the already fubared maps giving structures hitpoints.
4: However, if an entire team rains LRMs down on a cave entrance/exit, then it would cut off that vector of attack or possibly trapping mechs inside. :)
