Seen a huge drop in FPS since the patch around 30 fps. Now unplayable in big fights. was getting 50-60 fps whilst streaming on Highest settings. now struggle to keep 20-30 whilst streaming on medium. Anyone else having issues?

Yup, before patch i'd get 15-40fps, now i get 20-30fps.

I feel a general lower fps ingame but I think the game looks more detailed now. Mechlab fps is at 60 all the time.


Weird experience on the forest map again. After having normal fps again a few times I got constant 4-5 fps this round. Everything was very detailed and when I faced to the mountain at the edge of the map I got normal fps again. I turned around and fot 4-5 again. Maybe a level of detail problem with objects/textures further afar?

Edit: Someone told me it was the 4fps bug and a restart helps.

amd 8120 OC to 4ghz
4 gigs ddr3 1600
sapphire 6950 2gb

Im just pissed the last 4 patches made me go from steady 60 FPS to 25 fps, no cool, this is a released game now, step it up.

My FPS has suffered also, probably has to do with their engine tweeks.

open beta =/= official release

As in, the game will be quite different in terms of gameplay and performance. No need to bash the devs about unforeseen performance issues.

Only noticed it on the forest colony map, dropped down to 40 fps there. Everything else is still at 60 fps for me.

That's nothing but semantics. They're taking money for it now and there will be no more wipes, i.e. it's released for all practical purposes.

Same here, I rarely had lag/poor frame rate and now during some matches its almost unplayable.

FPS have really gone down per patch. once upon a time i was getting 50 fps. now during games it is all over the place. if i look directly at the middle of the map it is very low 15-25. when i look at the outsie of the map it is just fine, like nothing is wrong. but when ANY mech gets in front of me within 200M it goes way way down fluxing all over the place as low as 5 fps. then lets say a light runs behind me its back to the 15-25.

that is why i use lrms, and stay on the outside of the map. not out of personal preferance, but because that is the only way i am able to play, (when i cant see my enemy) i would very much like to brawl, but i can no longer do that.
