Hi All,

I emailed support on this and they suggested reseting my config options. I did that, and still nothing.

Basically what's going on is I have key commands such as the Q key for instance, which don't work.

Has anyone else seen this? Have a fix handy?

I wound up figuring this out. At some point I think I placed a file here:

INSTALL_PATH:\MechWarrior Online\Game\Libs

called "defaultProfile.xml". The file contained key mappings and controls from when I tried to use a joystick with the game.

I deleted this file, reset my options again and everything seemed to work. Apparently if you have a file there, the game doesn't do anything with it when you reset options; the file was missing those key mappings for things like the Q key and F9 key - clearly why they didn't work!

Try manually resetting all your keys.... Might work.
