Release the patch notes the day before, or at latest the morning of. We shouldn't have to wait until maintenance time (or well after) to see the notes.

This also shouldn't be hard to do if you are following any kind of real Q/A process, as you have to know ahead of time what is going in.

Also, it would be nice if you would go back to mailing the patch notes out.
