Silly... that is not a MadCat, it's a WetCat.
That explains why it has no shoulder mounted missle launchers. It's an experimental QuadMech with 4 claw like hatchets that are primarily used for DFA attacks, among other new tech like an extended gyro-tail for more in flight stability or the already mentioned ferro-furrus armour.

No, a WetCat is a WetCat. It could be a MadCat but not every MadCat is a WetCat.
