I've now seen this in two matches in a row.
Half way through the match, my SRM6 fires, and then does not cool down. It just stays "jammed" for the rest of the match. Other weapons on the mech appear to fire and cool down normally.

I tried the UAC unjam sequence, but that wasn't it.
It didn't look like it was jammed, like a UAC... it just never cooled down.
It was on a Jenner K, running 4 small lasers, and 1 SRM6. As I said, the small lasers kept working.
It was happening in games where my connection seemed to be flaking out pretty bad. Normally I've never had significant connection issues, and generally play with a low ping of around 45. But last night for a good number of games, I was seeing a LOT of warping of enemy mechs, making the game very difficult to play.
EDIT:
And no, no artemis.
I suspect that, since it was occuring in conjunction with crazy lag, that whatever message gets sent out to tell a weapon to recycle after firing from the server got lost in the tubes or something.
