Seriously, wtf dude? This patch fukd up the game so hard all i can see is the fireworks in the sky and then incoming missle, and then im dead. That was a really bad idea to put Cata and Atlas for trial mechs, and the new angle of the LRM's is so cool, they even come after me when im in cover
GG. Roll back please, even closed beta was better than this

The latest patch (yesterday) changed LRM arcs substantially - something that was not noted in the patch notes. Can you confirm if this was a bug, or if this is intended LRM behavior? If it is intended, what is the counter supposed to be? Cover - even tall buildings or cliffs - is no longer effective in stopping incoming missiles as they simply fly over and then straight down on top of mechs.Edit

Bug. Got past our process, a failure. That is why Open Beta is so important we need to perfect our processes with a large player base. This should be hot fixed very soon.Edit

I'm working on a chart to track LRM usage inside of matches.

All numbers included are only added when I am visually present to witness a the full duration of the mech being destroyed. Usually I keep a fairly good eye on my surrounding. However few deaths that occured out of my view have been omitted.
Although this is not an exact chart, it is a fairly accurate representation of the cumulative matches that I have been part of. I myself do not carry LRMs.
This chart is composed of only 5 matches. I will be expanding the number of matches when I am back from work.

This horse is dead. Read all the other million threads on it which came to the same conclusion - it was an error the developers are aware of and are fixing.

this is pretty much how LRMs used to be in the early stages of closed beta. dry those eyes and know the devs will work on it
