Take Narc on a light mech (say, a Founder's Jenner, or it's peasant equivalent) and, thanks to the current metagame (if you can even call it that ), you will instantly be transformed into a speedy little angel of death.

If anyone can figure out what interactions, if any, there are between artemis and tag, or narc and tag, or artemis and narc and tag, maybe you could throw in a tag laser as well....

Also, everyone else seems to have come to the same conclusion I have: That a certain mech is optimal (or nearly so, especially if you have a founder's version) for artemis cash whoring/farmining. Now every one of my pug teams looks like this:
