Double heat sinks (DHS) are not behaving as described in the (Nov. 6th) patch notes. In particular, DHS included with the engine appear to be dissipating heat at double rate (instead of 1.4 times the single rate). See my post (in General Discussion) here: http://mwomercs.com/...-effectiveness/
