There are a few key things that I believe would help make the gaming experience for all much more enjoyable and immersive.

1) Lobby, chat
-specifically for those with out clans to group up before matches, I hold that organized team play can and should be the cornerstone of this games success

which brings us to the second point
2) In game Vchat and short cut commands to issue chat to voice commands such as tribes.
- eg. i hit keyboard shortcut that I'm returnig to base and the game repeats it vocally to my team mates. - I think this is a superior system because it is so easy to overlook chat while in the heat of battle.

Communication in and out of game is a key component to this games future. The more reliance on third party software to meet these needs there is, the harder it will be for brand new players experience how awesome this game can truly be. Which I personally believe to be is the coordinated team fight where your ability to work as a cohesive unit brings victory.

Provide, support, encourage, and reward Communication
