If you are not ready to launch, can't the button be another color besides green? If you want to keep it green to show that the player's server connection is good, then how about making the button change color to blue when the player readies up, or maybe dark green.

I know the words change, but the change is not sufficiently significant to get people to notice.

If you've ever had to remind a group member to ready up, then like the post!

Agree, it should not be the same colour if you are "Ready" or "Not Ready" Perhaps change "Not Ready" to orange to match the grop indicator nstead of blue/green

The color really needs to be different.
