Hi everyone,
I recently finished all basic efficiencies on the centurion. Now, left side next to the basic ones a big "X 2" is shown, and on every efficiency, basic AND elite, there is a small line in the box saying "efficiency doubled".
Whats up with that?

That means that efficiency is now twice as effective. It's a bonus for completing all of them for at least 3 variants.

When you hit Elite status on efficiencies, your Basic percentages double -- or they're supposed to anyway.
When you hit Master, your Elites DO NOT double. That line is in there by mistake.
I don't think the doubled values are working correctly.

According to the Libs\MechPilotTalents\MechEfficiencies.xml file, they do.
<Talent id="103" name="eMTElite_SpeedTweak" ranks="1" xpcost="8500" MasterBonus="2.0"> <Rank id="1"> <!-- --> <Bonus attribute="MechTopSpeed" value="0.075"/> </Rank> </Talent>
I can`t confirm that in game, but if you mastered a mech variant, please tell us the in game top speed (not the mechlab top speed), and what engine are you running.
It`s easy to calculate since elite speed tweak should increase the top speed by 7.5% and when reaching master it should be 15%.

Elite doubling does NOT work right now, but I'm not sure if it is intended to double or not.

That means we should report it as a bug, since according to the game files master bronus should multiply it by 2, the same way elite bonus multiplies basic eficiencies .

I go from 138.8 to 149.3 kph in my Jenner D/F with speed bonus.

Just a question the tool tip on speed tweak says it increases the top speed by 10% not 7.5% which is it supposed to be, I noticed in game that it is 7.5%.
