As the Screenshot below shows it states the Efficiencies have been doubled yet my mech still moves the same speed. The other stuff is harder to check. I assume if one isn't working then the others are not working. Also the first rank of the Speed tweak apparently does not give 10% but a slightly less amount i am told.

It has, there is just a limit to the speed that the netcode can handle, thus it is kept around that speed.

On another note they should not have skills that increase something but then have the net code refuse to allow it seems incredibly stupid.

Notice there isn't a `2x` in Elite like in the Basic?
I suspect the "efficiency doubled" label in the Speed Tweak description is an error on their part. Or, it's something they plan to do in the future.

Select the Module Slot efficency, it says efficency doubled too, even if you havent bought it. Doesnt mean that it should.

A 20% speed increase is getting a bit silly imo.

The rest of them having that same description is a mistake on their part.

Actually yes, yes I do. Of course that would require getting netcode and hit detection up to snuff.

There is only a 2X on the basic stuff. Elite level skills don't get doubled.

I'll agree that Speed Tweak needs to be fixed, though. It clearly says +10%, but it only adds +7.5%.
Hopefully they'll just correct the bonus itself, and not say "the text was wrong, it was just supposed to give +7.5%". It was disappointing enough to farm enough XP to get my Commando the Speek Tweak efficiency and see it not give the full bonus.

The current speed tweak only grants 7.5% speed increase, even though it say 10% in mechlab.

Not quite. It says all the perks in the basic tree are doubled. Note that thereis not a 2X in the Elite tree.
