So i just unlocked the master skill tree for the Ravens. How ever im not seeing an increased speed from the double'd speed tweek. I am still moving the same speed as before unlocking the master ranks :). So i am wondering is this the same for everything? Is it not actually doubling anything?

Working as intended, do you really want meds-assaults to be fighting 160kph jenners?

It blatantly says the efficiency is doubled though. without a actually giving a speed increase the efficiency clearly hasn't doubled it has stayed the same.

As the Screenshot below shows it states the Efficiencies have been doubled yet my mech still moves the same speed. The other stuff is harder to check. I assume if one isn't working then the others are not working. Also the first rank of the Speed tweak apparently does not give 10% but a slightly less amount i am told.

It has, there is just a limit to the speed that the netcode can handle, thus it is kept around that speed.

Congrats on getting to Master - it takes a while for "Lights" players to get there. :)

My raven is still not even close to the 150kph jenners it only went 97.2kph then i got the first rank of speed tweak which made me go 104kph which is also not 10% faster. Then i got the second rank and i stayed at 104kph. Surely the net code can allow the next rank of that if the jenners are going around 150kph.

On another note they should not have skills that increase something but then have the net code refuse to allow it seems incredibly stupid.

Unlocking Master has never doubled Elite efficiencies.

Notice there isn't a `2x` in Elite like in the Basic?

I suspect the "efficiency doubled" label in the Speed Tweak description is an error on their part. Or, it's something they plan to do in the future.

Select the Module Slot efficency, it says efficency doubled too, even if you havent bought it. Doesnt mean that it should.

I'm pretty sure that Master only unlocks a module slot. That's all it does.

A 20% speed increase is getting a bit silly imo.

As has been said above already the Effieciency Doubled part only affects Basics. It does not affect Elite piloting skills.

The rest of them having that same description is a mistake on their part.

Actually yes, yes I do. Of course that would require getting netcode and hit detection up to snuff.

There is only a 2X on the basic stuff. Elite level skills don't get doubled.

Apparently Elite efficiencies just don't get doubled.

I'll agree that Speed Tweak needs to be fixed, though. It clearly says +10%, but it only adds +7.5%.

Hopefully they'll just correct the bonus itself, and not say "the text was wrong, it was just supposed to give +7.5%". It was disappointing enough to farm enough XP to get my Commando the Speek Tweak efficiency and see it not give the full bonus.

I believe it was 21,500 for my Centurion, too. It was probably the same cost for him.

Are you looking at the Speed Tweak XP cost instead?

The current speed tweak only grants 7.5% speed increase, even though it say 10% in mechlab.

The XP cost on that screeny is for Speed Tweak (8500xp), Jenners spend 21,500xp for the Master efficiency.

Not quite. It says all the perks in the basic tree are doubled. Note that thereis not a 2X in the Elite tree.
