It doesn't exist yet. We will probably see it in the clan invasion.

Have you guys not seen the new trailer? It's already been recorded. Also, you can already turn on a couple of the voice messages by putting something in your user.cfg file. One of the devs posted it on here a few days back.

It was Bryan and he also said that ******* Betty will arrive shortly (ie in November most likely).
