Post on the houseliao website, go to Merc section on these forums and post an application to the corp you would like to join

Oh, come on. This guy just wants to find some dudes or ladies to shoot robots with on this site, such that he's not sure how to get a want-ad for lancemates from one sction of the site to another, and he's getting told by an official moderator to wander off to some other random site to try and make social connections---a site OWNED by said moderator, no less? This is a terrible conflict of interest on this particular mod's part, and is hugely counter-productive in general. Why join a different website about shooting robots when he's already on the shooting robots site? This just isn't cool, guys.

I don't know what you're talking about man,this mechwarrior game is full of robots. They're totally the same.
