Nice, looks a little like a modified Rifleman.

I actually think this looks a bit closer to a Rifleman.

Pretty sweet. I wish I had, and knew how to use 3D rendering tools.

Critique-wise, I love the upper torso design, but was a little less in love with the legs, which seemed to be less detailed than the rest, and do look a lot like a rifleman's. Otherwise I love the tri-barrel rotary cannons, but am left wondering where the secondary guns are? (unless it is one of the post 3063 variants with just a single larger gun per arm?) I think adding a second, smaller cannon and breech to each arm would make them look more in proportion to the body. And definitely would like a different set of legs. The weapons are largely much better scaled than I usually do, for sure, though I think the cockpit may be a little small.

As is, for a total design, a solid B, mostly knocked just because the legs bug me. Changing them would bring it to an A, and the secondary cannon to an A+.

I fell in love with this redesign a while back and even commissioned someone to make one in 3D for me so that I could have it made as a playable figure.
I bought one in classic Battletech tabletop scale as well as an N-Scale version.

Here are the links where you can buy one in either scale.

For those who don't know, the 1/285th scale is Classic Battletech tabletop size and the 1/160 scale is N-Scale or as you might know it, the Clicky tech game figures for MechWarrior, about 3 inches tall.

that is really sweet! somewere i did eriances cougar MKII as well, and its pretty ******* as well.

@ bishop: i tried to stay close to the artists design.. of course with out anthro pics its purely subjective to my eyes and perseptions of size and porportions.

Please don't take it as me ripping your render.... I forgot they even made that version, but I didlike the version itself. If the mech is anywhere near the 10m average height (and being somewhat stocky I would say 10 m is the max height), then the cockpit as pictured would only be able to house a pilot who was under 4 ft tall. It just.... bugs me, lol.
