Nuff said.
MechWarrior 3 with updated graphics and a slightly better physics engine would be THE best mech game ever, for all eternity.

To each their own, I guess. I'm not saying MW3 wasn't good (cause for it's time, it was sweet!) But with the advancements in technology, I would be remiss to see that potential in bringing an even better simulation to us to not go utilized.

MW3 is my favorite in the series, and I always felt that it had the best cockpit and general feel for the Mech, but there are a few legitimate complaints to be made about it: namely, that the MechLab critical system didn't allow for any differentiation between chassis of the same weight class outside of hitbox, and that legging was instant death on the spot.
I liked it, so I will be happy if I get MW3 2.0, but I would nevertheless prefer if they take the best of every game and mix it all into one.

MW3 multiplayer on The Zone, is to this day, the best gaming experience I have EVER had in all my years on online gaming.
Make MWO gameplay like that whiteknuckle action and I'll just give them access to my checking account for life.
In short, yes MW3 got it right.

I agree with this. with a few changes:
-legging more difficult pls
-visible weapon loadouts ( equip AC 5 on right arm show an AC5 on the arm, replace LRM in chest with heatsinks and armor remove LRM from chest)
-working axes on axemen
-persistent salvage/looting/equipment destruction.
MW1 and 2 were fine prototypes, but MW3 was the mold-breaker.

Yes. The MW3 perhaps go for the most successive implementation of the BT. Tough, in the MWO we got a reboot...

Well there are a few good things about MW3 ....
but please don't take the Mech Lab. That one sucks to the max.
And yeah, the legging thing as well. Thats dumb too.
