After I got the base upgrades on my 3 Centurions I wondered, will there be any skins available in the future for your mech if you complete the pilot tree? I looked and couldnt find any reference to this on the forums or anything, and was just wondering. I think it'd be cool and a bit more of an incentive to grind those 3 mechs all the way. Just some type of visual customization to say "yeah, I'm decent with this mech" If this has been asked before, sorry I couldn't find it.

Gold-Plated skins sound like a good reward, and it would only boost visibility, no imbalance.
