This probably has a post somewhere, but I cannot find it. As of the most recent patch, does the PPC or ER PPC have a minimum range? I know it was 90m for PPC at one point, but I am not sure of that anymore.

PPC has a min of 90m, the ER model doesn't but you pay for it in heat. Same damage all around

Accurate. anything within 90 using a PPC will only do 1 damage.

I thought it was a linear reduction to zero at point blank i.e. at 45m the damage is half?

It 'IS' a linear reduction to zero damage on the PPC from 90m, which makes me laugh when people charge me. At 50m they're still doing about 5 damage.

Actually, wrong. PPC damage moves down gradually, from 10 to 1, depending on the range.
