Hello All.
So I have a CH control set up of Pro Throttle, Fighterstick, and Pedals.
I have most of the controls up and running.
I cannot, however, get the Throttle slider set right to control the W and S function in game.
Currently, I have the Throttle slider set with:
-Control type: Up/Down.
-Steps: 2.
-Inc Key: w.
-Dec Key s.
I have edited the user.cfg file (C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\user.cfg)
So that it looks like:
cl_joystick_gain = 8
cl_joystick_sensitivity = 0.75
cl_joystick_throttle_range = 0
cl_joystick_invert_throttle = 1
cl_joystick_invert_pitch = 1
cl_joystick_invert_yaw = 0
cl_joystick_invert_turn = 0
cl_joystick_deadzone = 0.1
cl_joystick_throttle_range = 0
cl_joystick_ivert_throttle = 1
On a similar thought, I have seen some posts RE JS set up discuss editing this above user.cfg file, others discuss editing the actionmaps.xml.
What is the difference?

I had the same set up. I wish you luck in getting support, more importantly, in finding a config you are happy with. If you make it work, I may plug mine back up and try it.

i have set up my joystick to emulate mouse movement rather than actual joystick movement.
This lets you control the deadzone a lot more accurately and since you are using CH sticks you want the deadzone to be as tiny as it can possibly be.
As soon as I am a bit happier with how my setup plays i will post the map I am using to the CH Hanger forums. I believe you posted a thread there as well already.
