Add Critical Locations To Paperdoll

Okay, hear me out on this - why not add a register to the paperdoll to show the HP of things like the Engine, your weapons, etc... this MIGHT help address some of the "why is my CT still intact yet I asploded" issues, as well as giving more aware pilots the chance to save their precious guns :)
