groundhouse, you missed the point. You can get exactly same without paying anything. It just takes longer. So it is not pay to win, its pay to get there faster.

Right, because we're playing in a totally realistic game based on mechs that exist in real life that use lasers. Good point.

Ha ha...that is why I stated the devs were creating a simulator styled environment for the game. I also commented on the skill tree, that if this were real life...boosting damage for a weapon lets say, would not come at any experience level. I like the simulator feel of the game...it makes it feel like it is real life. That was my point.

If you learn to fire a weapon by using it and becoming more accurate, does that not increase its damage by making it more accurate?

And the number one reason MWO is better than Hawken? It's Mech Warrior!

This game is Mechwarrior in name only..sad how far the IP has fallen.

3 Clicks,10 minutes in loadout,Pilot and Upgrade-Screen,then You can Fire 80+ Missiles (Alpha Strike) nearly Instant (1sec Cooldown),on the Enemy (i have seen this Yesterday,Chainfire with 1000+ Missiles without a break of firing),thx to Elite Firerate.

You pay for Better Armor,Mechs,Skills,Upgrades!, without spending Time in Gaming, for Killing other without this Advantage. (same as all other Pay to Win Games).
Better Armor,Skills,Weapon are not a Adavantage against other without this?,50$ the same as 50Cent?,iam ignorant?,ahaha.
:D

There is not a single correct statement in this entire post...except that you can fire 80 missiles...that is it

You've just proven that you're not ignorant, you're stupid, since I'm not legally allowed to cure you of this affliction, I'm going to ignore you instead. *shakes head* One born every minute......

EDIT-- How the hell do I ignore someone on here? :-/ Can't find it...

But that is your skill, in simulations. Not skill tree.

You sir, are plain stupid. I will report you for trolling.

Your "chain-fire is just an Atlas with 2-3 launchers of 15-20 LRM. The build in launchers are smaller so he fires multiple volleys each shot.

Yes...in game skill...not farming out XP for advancement in a skill tree. I like that...it depends on you...not XP. You have identified my point.

Faster = Advantage against Slower (i wrote before).
Easy Question (for better understanding):
Whats Better (Advantage):
1. Fast or Slow ?
2. More or less ?
3. Full or Empty ?
4. Life or Dead?
5. Stupid or Intelligence
6. One or No Brain
7.etc..

Think about so u have enough Time. :D

Hawken:
1.Fast Fun (short waiting time after Dead)
Perfect if you forgot to take your rittalin

2.Beginner Friendly
You're bored in 45 seconds but easy to master isn't bad

3.More Maps (small but better Designed)
better designed being defined as "helps with ADD style matches per earlier comments"

4.More Gameplay-Styles
Coming in MWO as stated thousands of times

5.More Customizations,weapons,etc..
Who cares when you die every 10 seconds

6.Cool Atmosphere (Sounds,Design,etc..)
True

7.No Bugs (found) & its Closed Beta.
Means the bugs will be coming later

MWO:
1.No Fast Fun (waste of Lifetime waiting for next Match after Dead)
Start a new match?

1.Beginners unfriendly
Because they don't do their homework before dropping. Can't fix dumb

2.Heavy Control
Its a 20-100 ton mech of course it behaves heavy

3.Only 4 Maps (to small & no Atmo & good Design)
10X larger than hawken maps and they are too small? Wouldn't that make hawken maps WAY too small?

4.Only 1 Gameplay-Style (capture the Base)
More coming as said thousands of time. Maybe the devs need to release in braile

5.Grind like Hell (without Money)
If you call a grind a couple hours of play..............

6.Bugs like a Alphaversion (Crash to Destop,Loadout Bugs,Grafikbugs in Spectator,etc..).
This is true

7.Pay To Win Game
Absolutely not. Love to see you try to say how it is though.

But Hey..the Mechs looks cool :D

HAWKEN = ADD first person shooter boring after 20 min
MWO = Good looking Mechs. Behave like mechs. Requires some thinking. Its Battletech!

greetings
groundhouse

IF your point is that it takes longer if you dont pay, It exaclty how it is supposod to happen. In the end (full skill tree and fully customized mech) you still have same set and those that paid has no adventage at all...

In theory you are correct...faster is better than slower. How you are applying it to your situation, you are incorrect. I have a choice of three trial mechs...a light, medium and heavy with a diverse set of weapons and armor and ammo. When I purchase a mech and spec it out through games in C-bills, I have actually limited my options.

Ultimately, you want for nothing, what the people who helped pay those writing the code, get for cash. Socialist...

I like Hawken and I'll play it from time to time, but I prefer MWO. Both games have their ups and downs; however, I'm grateful that they are vastly different from one another. In my opinion, MWO will pan out better for me once community warfare opens up...then there's the upcoming territorial control mode similar to Planetside 2... I really dig that concept. :D

Oi! I take offense to that. He's not a socialist, he's a lazy, spoiled, uneducated muppet. There's an ocean of difference here.
