Thank you, people, that you do actually try (and succeed) to listen to the chat commands! Including target calling.

I really hope, that everyone playing this game will behave like this. 8-0 wins is a good thing.

Kudos for giving PuGs some love. They need it...4-man teams is finally providing PuGs regular exposure to coordiantion, communication and wins. These are all good things, the community will be better off for it.

Now that PuGs can see the benefits of teamplay, there will be less transference of blaim for match failures upon the mysterious and elusive "pre-made" boogieman. Instead, they'll appreciate their part in match failures when they recognize teamplay wasnt utilized. Your insights will teach a new segment of noobs how the game should be played and they will continue to instill these ideals into newcomers who follow after them.

4-man teams was/is an unfortunate bitter pill that had to be swallowed to build a much needed foundation for the betterment of our community, im happy to see some of you are taking that responsibility like men and are embracing our fledgling player base.

Thank you.

Yeah. When I play in teams, I make sure to communicate with our PUGs, and in fact like to have a rotating "PUGboss" among my team mates to help them learn command.

When I PUG, I really, really appreciate when the pre-made team communicates with me. Tell me who your brawler is, and I've got his back, simple as that.

I am a Lone Wolf mostly as I do not have time to dedicate to playing (yeah the thing called "responsibility"). What I have been seeing in games is a lack of comms from the "better" players. I stink at tactics so guidance or just a "shoot here" goes a long way. So far in my matches, its all about the group of 4 in pre-mades running in one direction and leaving the rest of us to fend for ourselves. This is when we lose. Yes even the coordinated games can be slaughters but we at least have a chance. The best way to keep gaining new players is to help them figure out what and how to play. Throwing us to the wolves just breeds frustration. I do applaud the few leaders in the games I have had the most fun in for leading. Even when I end up playing tag with 3 Atlases and going boom.

Just because I am in a PUG does not mean I don't try and use communication with my team. I usually try and steer people towards staying together (or at least head off in the same direction), make sure there's someone able to go back and check on the base when we get the warning, etc. Until they bring in integrated voice though us PUGs will always be a step or two behind just due to typing time, regardless how well we want to work together. Yeah I realize I am probably not in the majority of non-premade players but I also hope it helps out new players when they can see what their teammates are trying to accomplish. Just saying there are nonpremade players doing their part too, just some of us don't want to deal with the overhead time when we only play 2/3 matches at a time.

I approve of this thread. Played in plenty of drops where the lone wolfs asked for battle plans, or just plain worked in a team oriented manner.

To every lone wolf pilot that's ever turned around to save another teammates life, thank you,

You're welcome.

Lone wolf =/= Rambo, this is one of the community's misconceptions (one of many around here). Puggers with any salt hate Rambos too, and probably more since they're more stuck gaming with them as temp allies. Plenty of good gamers in the pugs, it's just that you're guaranteed that all the Rambo players (not rookies, a different animal) will be in that gamer pool.
