As topic says... Is there any way to buy new slots for my mech? Or i can only pucharse it through the Master Slot Module?

Slots? For modules? If you unlock Master (by leveling 3 variants of the same mech) you get an extra module slot I think. Other than that, no more.

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly.

One extra module slot for mechs can be unlocked at masters, mechbay slots cost 300mc.
