So how much do people find DHS add to their repair builds, I'm thinking about it with my farming Wang and my ERLL K2 but I don't want repairs to eat into profits too much, is it a small cost increase like endosteel or a big one like Ferro Fibrous and Artemis? Never tried DHS before.

I've not noticed an appreciable difference on my Hunchbacks. All run DHS and most have ES. Average 20-40k repair depending. My 4P sometimes has a bill as low as 5k.

DHS are more about the up front installation cost. Their per game cost is low, since the actual heat sink cost is low.

Don't repair anything. There isn't any benefit. I never do unless I'm running with teams and I can do as well or better alone if I'm playing smart. I've had better runs with 75% armor and damaged internals, than runs at full repair/ammo with friends.
25% armor isn't going to save your life, particularly since you're already double book value. Repair the arm if you really feel like it, do that from WITHIN mechlab on the armor tab.
Repair internals, that alone will help you more than anything else. Damaged items do nothing other than they break faster, but most weapons can crit kill things with one hit.
As far as the rough costs, a DHS costs 12,000 to buy. I'm looking at one, fully shot to hell (25%) and it is only 150 to repair. I'd have to run a match on a SHS mech to tell you how much those cost to repair.
