Go to modules in mech lab, buy the module (2m cbills) dump it on the module slot and your golden.

The zoom module is pointless, you do not need to buy it or equip it. Save your money and GXP.

I want as many people as possible to keep thinking that!

Like some people here say, it only begins to show it usefulness at really long range using thermals. I find I can at least distinguish the center torso from other parts when I use it at extreme range.

I seem to remember a NGNG where Garth said they had work to do to increase the resolution (I may be incorrect here, but I have a good feelin this was the episode right after it was added to the game). After the introduction of the 2nd tier sensor module (it was sensor related right? I'm too gxp poor to be unlocking these) last week I wouldn't be surprised that after PGI improves the resolution of PiP we will have to invest more gxp to unlock a second tier module....

Just to confirm.... you need to buy the advanced zoom twice - once with GXP and once with 2m CBills?

I have paid the GXP for it, didn't realise i'd also need to fork out CBILLs. Geez it better be awesome for that price!

All modules must first be unlocked with GXP, then purchased with CBills for each mech you equip.

Yep, did all that (GXP, 2M in C-bills, loaded into the mech) and still not working, I can't get the scoreboard to load either. anyone else having the same issue?

why not add the 4x zoom as a FOV and not PIP,
then add the current PIP as a blurry rearview cam
