How Does Repairing Work?

I played two games in which my mech got destroyed, but they are both at 100% and I did not see anywhere to pay money. Where do I pay for repairs? How much should I expect to pay?

Where you in a trial mech? Because Trial Mechs don't require payment for repairing and or rearming. :D

If not then you have Auto repair/rearm on; which does it for you but it still uses C-Bills..
