is there going to be any change or i must purchase 3 variants of same mech to upgrade it on elite level?
also, does it worth it? what changes make elite level?
let's say that i upgraded 3 variants on basic level and upgraded variant i want on elite. can i sell other 2 variants then without any penalty (execept c-bills)? and what if i sell mech variant upgraded on elite level? and then i buy it again. will elite level still be unlocked and purchased?

1. Yes you can. But u need to upgrade all 3 to elite, before master can be achieved.
2. What I've noticed, once you have unlocked a feature, it stays unlocked even if u sell the mech and buy similar later.
Might be a bug though...

Once you unlock 8 basic skills on 3 variants, those basic skill bonuses are all doubled (i.e., Coolrun now gives you 15% instead of 7.5% increased heat dissipation). That alone is worth the effort, and the elite skills are worth getting, also. The Speed Tweak skill is what makes those Jenners crazy fast just under 150kph with the 300XL engine.
Quick Ignition - Start-up and shut-down sequences sped up by 33%
Pinpoint - Weapon convergence speed increased by 15%
Fast Fire - Weapon cooldown rate increased by 5%
Speed Tweak - Increases top speed by 10%

somewhere i read that basic skills are increased ony by 0,5%, not 50%. maybe i got it wrong.
can anyone else confirm this with 100% sure?

Where did you read that? Once you unlock the basics for 3 variants, there's a big fat "2X" icon next to the basic skill block.
