The Ice Ferret is a darn smooth ride that's for sure. I still rather like it's look, but I wouldn't complain if it lost some of the extra fat around the edges.
My 3 little ferrets:
Prime:
My long range strike and support variant.

The lack of the extra energy hardpoint is a slight disappointment compared to the other variants, but it works, and still makes bank. Plink away with the PPC, engage closer when allies start engaging. The streak are for pesky lights that think the ferret is an easy target. That streak has already proved it's place more than once for me.
IFC-A:
My energy boat. Perfectly at home far off and close up.

Again The ERLL is good for plinking away till the engagement closes, but the med las are almost just as effective depending on the range for ranged plinking. Closer in the focused alpha of all 4 lasers is enough for surgical destruction. Streaks again for pesky lights, but with 2 extra tubes compared to my prime, making them a bit more punchy against bigger targets.
IFC-C:
The only variant I'm not totally satisfied with yet. Kinda has an identity crisis really.

I didn't want to lose out on the Artemis upgrade is came with out of the box, but that limits my tube options for its missiles. More or less it generally plays as an armor stripper as far off as possibly and if you or the enemy closes the distance the A-SRMs to finish the job explosively. It has the least punch of my loadouts, but the Artemis missiles will hit where I need them.
For the life of me I couldn't make any build that performed reliability with the ballistic arm. The largest ballistic it was capable of stuffing in there anyway was LBX(or UAC) 5. All of my ballistic fits required too much time on target for any worthwhile damage. So I scrapped any ideas with the ballistics entirely. Pure missile builds were also proving to be disastrous failures due to the lack of ammo.
