Menu Options Invert Trottle Doesnt Saving Before Alternate Key Bind

No key bind when applying control option "Invert Trottle" after pressing "SAVE".
1) Was tested on "lshift" key. - trouble.
2) Was tested on "i" key. - trouble.

3) Alternate option in second field gets in first field text: "dumbfounded".
4) After that Was tested on "end" key - only this saved in textbox object.
5) But after that "lshift" and any other key still not works.

Cant open topic in new issues. i don`t think it happend after 1.0.142 - maybe before. First see it on 14.11.2012
