at this moment my win/loss ratio is 149/172 made of pure PUGging. I enjoy taking command and try to get some organisation going, but I am becoming a tad soft it seems. Getting rolled by better/coordinated players is okay for me, no problem there, but getting snarky remarks from your own teammates blaming me in global chat right after they suicided is getting to me more and more.
So the rational solution is trying to find people that like to play this game with less drama and that's what I am trying to do here. Also voicecoms would help me veil my fat-finger-syndrome in teamchat.
I enjoy playing all weightclasses (elited jenners and catapults mostly, working on fatlasses now) and will lead a platoon or follow orders as necessary. I don't need to shout commands to polish my ego.
If your corporation has a reasonably sized EU wing or a rather early starting US base, I would love to drop with you a few times and see if we get along. If you need me to fill an application, that's kool with me. Been there, done that plenty of times in other games (started MMOs in '98 with UItima Onlines Second Age; you may get your "creepy old man" joke in here now).
One last thing to consider: So far the community warfare part of MWO is pretty much in the dark. That probably won't change in the near future either. So I will reserve the right to drop out of the group I might be joining now if their community warfare goals and mine won't match.
TL;DR:
Anyone out there that wouldn't mind dropping during EU evening/night or US early evening with an old fart babbling about the good old times in mumble/vent/TS?
