Debated this awhile back because I think this is the future of Infantry combat.
I have not seen much in the way of improvements of SARCOS or know if it has fallen of the list of funded Future Tech that the Obama Administration just cut.
Initially it is a slated as a lifting assist for common tasks.
But there are plans for a combat version.
No doubt that something that can make you faster, stronger and allow you to carry some serious firepower with being reasonably bullet resistant would give you a great advantage. The only short fall is the battery life or a means of constant operation.
