We are not a huge unit like some out there but that has been working well to our advantage. Being that we don't have 300 people you can easily get one on one attention from anyone in the unit of you want help on a build, advice on how to pilot a light vs an assault etc. We have many people that are very good at what they do and will freely give you time to help you out. There is no cronyism here and I personally promise you will not get left out of a drop because you are the new guy. If anything we go out of our way to get you into drops because you are the new guy. I have even seen lance practice cut short because there was a couple new people to the unit and the game that logged in and were looking for help.
