I know there was a reset not long ago and everyone
was refunded so much credit for what mechs they
had achieved, but now everything is at 0

I had over 5 million c-bills. Not as much as other
people I'm sure, but I put alot of time in just getting that,
and it's been a bit since I was able to log in.
Why was this done or is it a glitch?

When the game went to open beta on October 29 (?) ... everyone was reset. This had ALWAYS been the plan ... the developers have always said that the last reset would be at the start of open beta.

The reset removed all XP and Cbills and restored any MC or Founder's benefits.

If you haven't played in 3 or 4 weeks then this the reset you are seeing. If you have lost this in the last week or so then it is an issue and you should contact customer support.

The change from Closed Beta to Open Beta on October 26th??

Everything was completely reset... no crediting back anything for mechs you had...

Any MC you may have had was reset and would be credited back to you... but all c-bills and XP/Gxp where reset to zero... across the board for everyone...
