The sudden halt of communication came shortley after field reports of the Hanseatic League greatly reducing it's trade activities in the region. Previous reports indicated an uptick in Hansa Security Force military exercises and stockpiling of normally highly traded supplies.

I don't think the hanseatic league is in the path of the clans... isn't it more towards the steiner side of things?
