Make an immature thread, get immature replies...

Level designer != mech designer != artist != balancing developer != netcode programmer != QA tester
so having genuine concerns on things that should be getting attention rather than moe content that is going to add more issues is immature and I (and others) should not voice our opinions on the issues that are still around and have been for quite some time? Yet a guy who has been here since September and posts up pictures of himself ;) with what he thinks is a catchy and funny phrase is not immature?

Normally studios patch in around 1 month intervals. This gives enough time to develop and test the new content, then regression test the new content against

2 week patch cycles are actually rather fast, and about the quickest that could be considered sane for deployment. Now that we are out of closed beta and into open, I'd expect 2 weeks cycles.

All of the New issues are in the Path Feedback forum area, as well as the known current issues.

You will find all your "bug related" info there and if not, form a new thread in the new issues area.

Some people just keep on proving how stupid the human race can be...

PGI, I sure, are setup like any other game company. With cells of people working on different things, so content can still come while bugs are being found and worked on. Its not going to slow them down in any way. For the lag problem, They may not have a net coder on staff that can figure out how to fix it, as right now they are hiring a network coder.

On bugs, Just because its a Known bug does not mean they know how to fix it. Games are made up of tons of lines of code, and a minor error in it can cause a bug. Some times these are not easy things to find. Some games goes years before they find whats causing a bug. So OP, lets give you a 1 million lines of code in a note pad with a single comma in the wrong place and have you search through it by hand to figure out where it is, dead line will be 1 week. I'm sure you'll pull through.

Also, since there is no new content patch this week.... doesn't that mean they are doing exactly what you want? Not delivering new content so they can work on stability/bug fixes?
Bugs that aren't low handing fruit aren't going to be patched away in a single week.

Do you actually, really think that there is a single person working on maps and mechs instead of netcode or balancing at PGI? You do realize that different people have different jobs right?

Then the ones who know how to do the relevant things need to be reassigned. The ones who don't can do whatever they were working on, I don't care. I'm tired of hearing how hard they're working on the next mech when every patch breaks something bigger.

I agree there are different departments, many of whom are getting too much focus when the core systems can't even get corrected in the short term.
