I personally like the strategy. Example:

If you customize a mech to fit your needs/needs of the mission, and you like doing that customization, you like the strategy.

If you like giving special commands, or plotting advanced paths for your team, you like the strategy.

If you like esplosions, go buy fireworks and stop playing a game with fake explosions
