You need 3 of them at elite to unlock master so when having all on elite you could master 1 and sell the rest.

I would master one because modules may get better over time and you may miss the one additional at some point.

That said unless you think you'll want to use any modules (pretty lackluster options so far) you could get away with selling the ones you don't want and just unlocking elite in the one you use. There is no 2x bonus on elite ones to worry about. On the other hand it really doesn't take too long to get the extra xp for the elites on all the mechs, certainly cheaper than getting the millions of Cbills down the line to buy them again if you decide you do need the module slots.

I edited my post to clarify. Master is not good at the moment but rebuying the stuff in times they start to get good is just something I wouldn't risk...

Ditto on that... I'd hold on to the variants you don't play just in case they do something to improve the Elite and Master level stuff. Cheaper than buying a new Mech and refitting it and all the upgrades again.

Is one of the Elites, "Speed Tweak" Blocked? I have 3 Centurions, all have 3 unlocked Elite Efficiencies. Speed Tweak, however, is not enabled. It cannot be trained and is grayed out. Is this on purpose so we cannot get to Master in Beta?

If you get the variant to elite, or master and sell it, then rebuy the variant will your xp start over again?

No, when you rebuy a mech that you spent xp in, you should get the mech back with the spent exp.
That is my assumption because my sold mech is still yellow after mastering it. I'd be fuming if i buy it back and it ends up being a blank template. i hope someone can confirm!

While it says Mech XP, the pilot is actually earning the experience, just in the mech being piloted. If you sell the mech, you still have all the XP earned, and the bonuses purchased waiting until you repurchase the mech.
