1 Cup Red hot rooster Sauce

1 Bowl Ground Beef
1 Cup Basil(dried packaged)
2 Cups Chinese cooking wine( the yellow stuff), or red wine, doesnt have to be expensive just strong.
Corn Flour (NOT STARCH) To keep from sticking and to add cruch, the grittier the better,
Steps:
1) Mix Hot Sauce, Ground Beef, Basil, and Cooking wine.
2) Mix it somemore.
3) Roll it into Palm Size Balls and place in Tray of Corn Flower, Pad both sides so that Paddy is about 3cm thick and crust enough both sides to keep from sticking.
4) Set in tray and put into freezer for 5-8 minutes
Cooking it:
1) Preheat Grill, Wok, frying surface on MAX FIRE, for 4-5 minutes
2) Lower Heat about half way so that flames is not so hot
3) Slow cook each side 2-3 minutes (juices will be contained)
4) Turn fire to MAX and heat fry both sides for 1 minute each, (juices should be sizzling and comming out)
5) Eat it.
* You dont need oil, the fat from the beef should do the job.
