You have to restart your client every 5 or so matches or risk any numerous graphics bugs to occur.. ( black drop screen of doom, the big yellow box graphics that make minecraft look super awesomely detailed in full tessalation in comparison,, and oh yea my favorite is the OMG someone just flushed my FPS down the <REDACTED> bug now i'm trying to defend myself at 5 FPS.)
and it's not just a memory leak but runaway process threads.. yep see them bad boys poppin up in the omicron logs here and there like this
Spoiler
Heck i think the game ran better in early closed beta when we were under the same circumstances of having to restart every 5 or so matches or face performance degradation issues.. I could understand this then in closed beta.. But now???
At least back then when u did restart routinely, the performance problems wouldnt really surface .. But now i'm starting up the client and getting CTD's on first matches played sometimes.. I thought that we had gotten past all of that and had a stable final release game here (cause they love to say that open beta testing is just a live final release) recent patches have just seemed to go backwards with this..
But hey i'm just imagining all this right.. nobody else has thier entire lance rebooting client when one member has to? Right?? gotta love gettin ready to drop and hearing hey guys i gotta restart. so we all restart.
But all this rebooting the client in my lance has me feeling kinda funny.. I just cant seem to place it can u wayne..
