I do find it amuzing that the image was ID'd as a Marauder from Battletech.

I would also like to point out that the use of the Marauder images by FASA was under liscence.FASA did in fact purchase the use of the images at one time prior to HG USA gaining "exclusive" rights to Macross in North America.The legal issues were soley based on what "exclusive" meant and if the prior arangment FASA had was superseeded by this "exclusive" contract HG USA currently holds.

In the end FASA and HG settled out of court.The out of court settlement caused the "unseen" issues and of course the specific details of the settlement were never made public.

I really had no idea what I was going to find when I opened this thread but this truly exceeded my admittedly low expectations.
