It occurs to me that there is no clear way, other than getting nuked in-game and finding out thte hard way, to know roughly how much a mech is going to cost you to repair and rearm.
My suggestion is to implement in Mechlab, somewhere, an estimate of a mech's repair cost should it be completely gutted, and a separate estimate for rearming cost.
One potential way of doing this could be by adding another tab (like Loadout/Modules/Upgrades, etc) where it details, per component, the maximum repair/rearm cost. Such a feature would allow any player to quickly identify items that could compromise their mech's profitability.
