Should MechWarrior Online have a /dance emote?

  1. Yes. I'm already saving for a 75 ton Boogaloo Shrimp with beat box hardpoints. (14 votes [24.14%])

  2. Yes. If my girlfriend can teach my cat Gangham Style, there's no reason an Awesome can't learn it too. (12 votes [20.69%])

  3. No. Line dancing would be too overpowered in the hands of premade teams. (17 votes [29.31%])

  4. No. I'm so convinced that Footloose is part of MechWarrior canon, I only turn my torso six degrees, and each of them is Kevin Bacon. (15 votes [25.86%])

Make every mech's /dance emote do "the robot" or else leave it out of the game.

Though the "electric shuffle" option might be a good /dance2. I can just picture some digitigrade mechs trying to pull that one off.

I actually rather enjoy this idea; in theory, a mech pilot should have enough control over the mech to be able to make it do this. Hell, PGI can sell dances per chassis to monetize this, for all I care; it's a fun way for them to make money.

Sort of.

It makes me very sad that the game actually looks worse than this now.

Are you crazy? Don't you know what could happen if this dance emote is in the wrong hands? Imagine a premade team that does a synchronized dance. It's just too overpowered!

Anyways, I vote no because the game should be finished first, and there are much more important tasks for the devs at hand than to implement animations for enjoyment. I want to bash someone with my 'Mech's fists, not do the Gangham (wait...Gangham?) Style.
