I just played 3 matches. The first my Internal Structure showed red when I died. Ok it didn't refresh. Then I died while dark Orange. WTF? I wasn't at a critical internal structure.

Plus it was the map where I could go 90% into water, I thought missiles don't go into that depth?

It's a known issue. The paper doll doesn't update properly. There are several threads on this already.
