Sometimes right after death (and switching to the spectator mode) I see this kind of post-effect issues:

As you can see, it looks like extremely high motion blur and other post-effects.
It doesn't disappear after switching spectator mechs (and after going to windowed more with ALT+ENTER), but it does after level restart and so far I didn't saw it in a regular gameplay mode.
Happens on
AMD Radeon HD 6790, Catalyst 12.10
GTX 470
GTX 460
And probably other GPUs.
