I'm working on eliting my centurion CN9-AL. The variant I like the most so far.
I've got all the basic skills unlocked on the CN9-AL and the CN9-A. But, I've got a huge grind to get the CN9-D.
My question is, can I sell the -A to free up cbills and still be able to gain the elite skills for my -AL? Or, do I have to keep all the variants in my garage to invest in elite skills?

You can sell it and still be good to go.

But you won't be able to unlock that Master slot if you don't get all the Elite skills.

Considering that you can still use the slots even without master unlocking them (from my experience), and the CN9-AL has 2 stock.. he might not suffer much for now.
