yeah you are right. I have a XL 255 in my Gauss cat and it goes 63 kph and with speed tweak at 10% it would be 69kph

Actually no it doesn't even do that with the 300. It goes 80.2 kph with the 300 and speed tweak. So yeah not sure what his fingers were typing...
