I'm trying desperately to communicate with friends in my friend list, I doubleclick on their names, all I can do is remove them or block them (why would that be something I'd do to a friend?)

I got invoted to a group, and throught 'Ah they read my mind!' and then i'm doubleclicking MADLY on everythign in the UI to open up a chat window, and nothing hapepns, until i accidently leave the group! I could not request them to add me back!

WTF? Isn't team communication KEY? How the hell do you reach out to anyone?
